Medical Assistant - Contract Family Practice Opportunity In St. Louis, Mo

Client seeks Medical Assistant for contract front/back office assignment starting February 12-March 29 at their Corporate Health clinic in St. Louis, MO. Clinic sees ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits. Duties will include greeting and rooming patients, checking them in and out, taking vitals and patient history, handling patient testing including EKGs and drug testing, giving injections and immunizations, drawing blood, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and assisting the provider as needed. Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break. Provider must either be Registered/Certified or have 5+ years of clinical experience to qualify for this assignment, and must have excellent, recent Phlebotomy experience.
