Whole Child Pediatrics is looking to fill 1 MA position.

We have the best patients who are very grateful for the care you provide.

Remember, this is a pediatric office so you will need to have the ability to cope with frustrated parents, screaming, sick and sometimes very unhappy children (and adults).

We need someone who can multi-task and is understanding. Some of the responsibilities are including, but not limited to:

• Room patients
• Take and record medical histories and vitals
• Sets up and performs all CLIA waived lab tests
• Order appropriate labs and vaccines
• Complete school and sport forms
• Input immunizations into EMR
• Give immunizations and allergy shots
• Support clinical staff
• Clean rooms and refill supplies
• Knowledge and understanding of HIPAA
• Review upcoming appointments for scheduling accuracy
• Keep an upbeat positive attitude
• Be a team player

Attention to detail is a must.

This can be a very hectic job, but it is also extremely rewarding. This is a practice like no other.

Part time to full time 30-40 hours per week.

Must be flexible in hours to work. This is a pediatric office. If a patient calls at the end of the day and needs to be seen, we will stay to treat them.

Pediatric experience will receive top consideration.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

• EMR systems: 1 year (Preferred)
