Medical Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to assist in providing quality medical care to patients and will possess excellent communication and organizational skills. No prior experience is necessary, as on-the-job training will be provided. All you need is a good attitude and willingness to work!

Responsibilities:

• Assisting physicians patient care
• Taking vital signs and medical histories
• Preparing patients for examination and procedures
• Administering medications and injections
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records
• Answering phones and directing calls
• Performing other duties as assigned by the healthcare team
• and much more
• If interested in Medical School, opportunity for a letter of recommendation from a board certified MOHS surgeon if here for over a year

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
• Must have a positive attitude and a team-oriented approach
• Able to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining the highest quality of patient care.
• Assumes on call responsibilities according to an alternating schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $30.00 per hour
