```Duties```
-Work independently in the field.
- Travel to each patient's residence or workplace in order facilitate telemedicine visits.
- As the face of the company to our patients, the MA must be very professional and have a vested interest in the patient experience.
- Use technology to facilitate telehealth visits as well as to collect and enter patient data.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records, billing and coding for insurance purposes.
- Prepare patients for examinations by taking vital signs, documenting medical histories, and assisting with any necessary procedures.
- Assist healthcare providers during examinations and treatments.
- Administer medications and injections as directed by healthcare providers.
- Perform basic laboratory tests and collect specimens for testing such as blood and urine samples.
- Provide patient education on various health topics and assist with discharge instructions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
```Requirements```
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and basic life support techniques.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and other medical software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide quality patient care.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently and independently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing administrative duties.
- Willingness to adhere to strict patient confidentiality guidelines.
- Flexibility to work in different healthcare settings, primarily the patient home.
