Responsibilities:
- Provide medical administrative support by scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist healthcare professionals with patient care by taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and documenting medical histories.
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers and ensure accurate dosage and proper storage.
- Perform basic laboratory tests, such as collecting specimens and conducting urine tests.
- Provide excellent patient service by addressing inquiries, providing information, and ensuring patient comfort during visits.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Knowledge of medical office procedures and electronic health record systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in recording patient information and administering medications.
