SalaryFast paced, busy plastic surgery practice in Florham Park, NJ seeks Medical Assistant to join our team. Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Assist with maintaining patient flow to and from exam rooms and treatment areas. Assist in escorting patients and specimens throughout the facility.
- Stock exam room/treatment rooms with medical supplies, linen, and designated forms.
- Prepare medication for injections.
- Ensure exam rooms and treatment areas are cleaned after each patient leaves and prepared for the next patient. Assists with light housekeeping duties which include spills.
- Assure completion of patient charges as per policy.
- Assist physicians with procedures.
- Clean and sterilize designated equipment after use.
- Assist patients and communicate with Physicians to obtain prescription renewals as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
