The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Medical Assembler, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Assemble/package manufactured products in accordance with applicable procedures
• Performs all quality checks in accordance with applicable procedures
• Escalate quality and other production related issues to lead and line coordinators for redress as well as document tasks and complete DHR records per cGMP standard
• Responsible for stocking raw packaging materials for items to be packaged
• Understand and follow all work-related policies and seek clarification as necessary to enhance compliance

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start)
• Must be able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Three (3) months of manufacturing experience
