Medical Clinic Inc. is an Internal Medicine and Allergy Clinic with six providers across our offices in Honolulu, Kailua, and Aiea.
Looking to add organized and detail-oriented Medical Administrative Assistants with a passion for healthcare to our team. Candidates will be assigned to one main office location, but may occasionally need to cover other locations. Must be comfortable using a computer. This position is particularly suited for individuals interested in becoming medical providers.
Duties include:
- Front desk: Answer telephone calls, check-in patients, schedule appointments, and follow-up on no-shows.
- Obtain/verify patients’ medical history, vital signs, medication dosage and frequency, allergies, and insurance
- Prepare charts and enter prescriptions into electronic medical record
- Communicate urgent concerns or patient care issues
- Check/maintain inventory of supplies. Prepare rooms, including sanitizing high-touch surfaces and stocking supplies.
Qualifications:
- Able to drive/bus to different office locations (as needed)
- Comfortable using a computer (typing and using a mouse)
- COVID-19 vaccination (at least two doses)
- Passion for healthcare
Preferred Qualification(s):
- College/university graduate
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Pay: [Starting] $17.00 - $20.00 per hour (depending on experience)
