Are you looking to support students all across the country get the mental health support that they need through tele-therapy services in a work-from-home setting? Gaggle, established in 1999 in the educational technology space, launched our tele-health service in 2020. We are now ready to help school districts support even more students by using medicaid resources for students and we need your help. We are looking for a medicaid expert with knowledge of billing and documentation requirements as well as Medicaid platforms such as PCG and EdPlan, to support our desired integration to SalesForce HealthCloud.
Role Responsibilities:
Assist in developing, implementing and supporting School-Based Medicaid processes.
Help navigate the core functions of Medicaid documentation and billing for reimbursement.
Explore tool and service integrations for the Salesforce: HealthCloud EMR to meet the needs of Gaggle and our customers while ensuring Medicaid compliance.
Review and communicate national trends and requirements for school-based Medicaid programs focused on mental health services.
Experience Requirements:
Knowledge across Medicaid functions such as eligibility, reporting and reimbursement.
Experience with school-based Medicaid programs and platforms from a state or federal agency team, with a vendor, or with a Medicaid consulting firm.
Salesforce: HealthCloud proficient.
Knowledge of K-12 education, Teletherapy, and technology.
Required Skills:
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent university degree.
Creative problem solving ability.
Must have the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to recognize issues and identify solutions.
