Work you'll do 

  • Work directly with clients to prioritize projects/programs/activities
  • Develop and create project plans that display project milestones
  • Identify and gather critical requirements as a baseline for creating client solutions
  • Demonstrate abilities to identify, analyze and resolve complex issues in a client environment
  • Work with stakeholders to identify and confirm necessary resources 
  • Identify and resolve issues that may negatively impact a project or project deliverables 
  • Manage multiple work streams related to Medicaid program oversight, policy, and leveraging data

We advise, design, implement, and deploy solutions that are focused on "heart of the business" issues across client organizations. Using deep sector knowledge and program management skills, we work alongside our clients to implement industry leading practices and manage their most important projects.

Qualifications
Required

  • Bachelor's degree required 
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future 
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role 
  • Ability to travel 75% or more based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve 
  • 2+ year's of full-time work experience

Preferred: 

  • Medicaid program and policy oversight
  • Data analysis
  • Health equity programs
  • Program and policy strategy
  • Technology integration
