Responsibilities
Provides staff support services in planning, development, implementation and maintenance for institutional publishing and information delivery needs. Provides analysis/support and project management services for projects undertaken with other internal groups.

Qualifications
A Bachelor-level degree from an accredited college or university in management, business administration, industrial engineering or health-related field and three years work experience in consulting, operations analysis, systems implementation, media publishing or relevant intern/co-op experience required -OR- An Associate-level degree in business, industrial engineering or health-related field and five years’ work experience in consulting, operations analysis, systems implementation, media publishing or relevant intern/co-op experience required. A Bachelor's or Associate's degree with an emphasis in web, print, or information technology. Prefer work experience at Mayo Clinic or another healthcare organization. Strong human relation skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Prefer experience with media/digital/video management systems including configuration, upgrade management, and ongoing maintenance.
