Digital Remedy is a Performance Marketing Partner for brands & agencies, headquartered in New York City, that specializes in helping marketers deliver better outcomes and higher ROI on their media investments. We are currently looking for a Media Buyer to join our team.
The Media Buyer will be responsible for the efficient and effective execution of ad buys including display, video, native, audio, search, social and OTT media. An individual in this position will have hands-on campaigns from launch through completion in various DSPs. They will analyze data from 1st and 3rd party sources to optimize campaign performance, test new set up processes, and generate valuable insights and recommendations for our clients. The Media Buyer will communicate regarding campaign issues, successes, and priorities to other teams and stakeholders at Digital Remedy. They should become a significant knowledge base as to the technical and practical aspects of campaign execution across all media channels.
We are looking for a person with a passion for digital media, a desire to be at the leading edge of technological change in the digital media industry and the ability to learn and contribute quickly. The right candidate should possess rapid adaptability and strong quantitative skills.
Responsibilities
- Execution of digital ad campaigns across display, video, native, audio, paid search & social, and OTT channels.
- Gaining proficiency in utilizing various DSPs including Xandr Invest, Simpli.fi, The Trade Desk, Yahoo, Beeswax, Nativo, Google Ads, and Meta (among others).
- Analytics & reporting of campaign performance.
- Work with other stakeholders to develop insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Ability to optimize campaigns to exceed our clients' KPIs, including CPA, CTR, VCR, Foot Traffic etc.
- Identify opportunities to improve our processes and set up procedures.
- Ensure profitability across multiple lines of business.
Our Ideal Candidate
- At least 2+ years of experience in the programmatic advertising space.
- Excellent quantitative literacy and data analysis skills.
- Experience with building and managing a media plan.
- Experience across industry standard DSPs or in paid search/social.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proactivity and initiative to manage open ended responsibilities.
- Great time management.
- Willingness to constantly adapt to a changing business and digital media landscape.
$45 - $55 a year
The expected salary range for this position is $45,000 to $55,000. This position is full-time, includes benefits and is based in NYC or New Orleans, LA with work occurring during typical weekday business hours. (One or two days per week in-office work may be required). Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S.
