SalaryAnn Webb Skin Spa is seeking receptionist candidates with exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, previous experience handling multi-line phone system and professional demeanor. We have a positive and fun environment, and need more smiling faces!
This position requires previous front desk/reception experience. Spa experience a plus! We use MindBody software, but is not required for the position.
Photography skills a plus
Social media Duties:
-Forecasting the schedule and putting out appropriate post to get clients to book.
-Put out monthly specials
You will receive complimentary and discounted treatments, incredible discounts on skincare products.
Must be outgoing, energetic and able to handle a busy and fun work atmosphere.
Duties include:
- Answering multi-line phones
- Booking appointments
- Selling products
- Checking clients in and out
- Keeping reception areas/rooms clean and organized
- Opening and Closing duties depending on schedule
Qualifications:
- Hospitality, and/or customer service experience required
- Must have a very social and warm personality
- We are open 6 days a week. - Shifts vary from 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm, 11am-7pm, must work a Sat, 1st and last Sunday of the month.
- Computer skills (POS system, Google Docs, Word, Excel, Mac etc.)
- Must be willing to learn quickly and be knowledgeable about all products and services
