We offer pre-purchase, warranty, and mechanical used car inspections for all types of vehicles from cars, trucks, and motorcycles to RVs.
PAY RANGE
This is a contract position where you submit your pay rate and radius for inspections. The average pay for Mechanical or Warranty inspections across the industry is $65 per inspection for a 30 mile radius.

Lemon Squad & SW Inspections offers pre-purchase, warranty, and mechanical inspections on all makes and models of cars, trucks, motorcycles, side by sides, boats, jet skis, RVs and toy haulers.

• A check sheet will be provided for the inspection and must be submitted with pictures as specified

Inspecting for Lemon Squad & SW Inspections is a great way to make extra income and considered a gig job.
This is a CONTRACT/1099 position. You would be an independent contractor and paid a flat rate by our company for your services.
Requirements
REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• You must be detailed-oriented
• You need to be able to use a cell-phone and computer
• Provide good customer service
• Have the ability to work independently and have a self-starter attitude
• You must be dependable with reliable transportation
• A minimum of 5 years of automotive maintenance experience
• Current ASEs are preferred but not required
• Ability to drive to the vehicle location, using your own vehicle.
• Ability to complete assignments within 2 business days, during business hours

• Machinist Straight Edge
• Feeler Gauges
• Hot plate with container or blow torch and coffee can to boil test thermostat
• Scan tool or code reader
• Telescoping inspection mirror
• Borescope
• Stethoscope
• Tape measure for suspension lift measurements
• Blackstone fluid sample kit
