Our client, in the semiconductor industry is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be part of the Mechanical Technicians team. The ideal candidate will have a high degree of accountability and integrity, be a team player, and willingness to share ideas with the rest of the team which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic
Location: San Luis Obispo
Pay Range: $47,840 - $52,000/YR
What’s the Job?
- Work from instruction, drawings, schematics, piping, and instrumentation drawings, illustrations, and process documentation to assemble a variety of mechanical, electrical subassemblies and systems with supervision
- Build sub assemblies with supervision
- Learn Cabinet Preparation by installing bracketing, piping insulation, and sub assemblies with supervision
- Perform routine, repetitive assembly operations and processes to produce quality and accurate products in a timely manner
- Work with a team as well as independently when needed
What’s Needed?
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift or move up to 50lbs
- Mechanical assembly experience
- Focus on attention to detail to drive plant safety and product quality
- Dependability and flexibility to work OT and weekends when necessary
