Essential Job Functions:
- Ensures crews are on site, prepared and equipped to perform their assignments
- Conducts and leads tool box and safety meetings
- Conducts regular inspections of crews’ work to ensure consistency, efficiency, safety, and quality
- Liaise and interface to socialize plans with client representatives, company quality control and project management team in a professional manner
- Prepares daily timesheets, documenting & approving work performed, materials used, costs, etc.
- Assists Foreman with training of new crew members
- Creates an efficient, safe, and quality work environment
- Ensures foreman and crews are following all client, company and OSHA safety standards
- Organizes and plans work weekly and daily to ensure crews are productive and safe

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
- Demonstrated ability in supervising and leading others
- Must be proficient with hand and power tools as well as heavy equipment
- Ability to perform all tasks and responsibilities in a professional manner
- Experience with lifting and setting of heavy lift modules
- Vast experience and skill in piping, structural and other labor crafts in an industrial oilfield setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication with positive interpersonal skills
- Skilled in scheduling crews and managing daily customer deliverables
- Able to work a minimum 11.5 hour shift daily
- Knowledgeable and experienced in oilfield operations
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma, or Equivalent
- Current and valid driver’s license and maintain clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
- Seven (7) years' experience working as pipefitter or structural craft hand in an oil field industrial setting
- Five (5) years' supervisory experience

- Alaska North Slope locations only: Take and pass a Fit-for-Duty Examination
Required Training & Certificates:
- North Slope Training Cooperative (NSTC) Training, required
- Attends training sessions, seminars and appropriate educational classes required by department.
- Computer skills commensurate with program and job applications
