Form of work Major Purpose:
Support with Engineering change maintenance for existing Kitting portfolio offerings.
This role would be supporting Upgrades, Repowers and Kitting Engineering group.
Collaboration with Lead Engineers and product groups to support Kitting BOM development, validation, and release.
This role would support with Engineering change maintenance of existing upgrade offerings, support development of new upgrade offering as directed by lead Engineers and create/ modify installation instructions for upgrade offerings.
This role would also support other Engineering project related activities as directed by the Manager.
Knowledge of client Engineering tools and systems is a plus.
Typical task breakdown:
Engineering maintenance of current Drivetrain Kit portfolio
Engineering design of new Drivetrain Kits
Product support (customer inquiries)
Meetings with cross-functional product group teams
Interaction with team:
Daily interaction with lead Engineers on regular basis to understand the process and procedures.
Work environment:
Team player, work closely with lead Engineers to complete the assigned task.
Education & Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Technology with 2-4 yrs experience or equivalent experience (8 yrs) in lieu of Bachelor's degree.
