SalaryKey Role:
Apply engineering physics, engineering mathematics, and materials science principles to support the design, analysis, manufacture, or maintenance of mechanical systems. Apply basic principles, theories, concepts, and limitid industry knowledge. Solve routine problems of limited scope and complexity. Refer more complex issues to higher levels. Work under direct supervision. This position is located in Huntsville, Alabama.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in mechanical design and drawing development
- Experienced with using SolidWorks Computer Aided Design (CAD) software to produce 3D models and 2D drawings
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with aviation systems and standards
- Knowledge of military and industry engineering standards
- Knowledge of engineering analysis tools, including Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD)
- Ability to contribute as a member of a team and apply critical thinking to help solve complex problems

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
