We are seeking to add a Mechanical Drafter to our team! You will prepare detailed working diagrams of machinery as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.
Our Drafters work closely with our Lead Designers and Project Engineers to satisfy customer requirements and resolve design problems from the initial design to the final release of drawing to the shop floor.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare equipment lay-outs and detailed fabrication and assembly drawings
- Calculate dimensions and tolerance using measuring instruments
- Review and modify designs to reduce production deficiencies
- Provide timely updates for drawing completion and workload
- Coordinate with other colleagues regarding complex diagrams
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success working with Solidworks is required. Experience with AutoCAD is a plus!
- Previous experience in mechanical drafting, manufacturing or other related fields
- Familiarity with machine designs and diagrams
- Technical degree preferred
- Deadline and detail-oriented

Cutting edge technology and modern facilities allow TTX to fabricate 90 percent of the equipment needed for a system in house. Both design and manufacturing facilities are located on-site to ensure seamless communication through all project phases. In addition, TTX Air, LLC, a subsidiary of TTX holdings, has multiple aircraft, spacious offices, and a hanger nearby, making it easy for employees and clients to travel to and from our northeastern Wisconsin location.
