What you will enjoy doing*

• You will be responsible for the mechanical design of Lindeproducts and ensure successful completion of assigned tasks within time and cost constraints
• Furthermore, you will produce 3D CAD designs, assembly, and detail fabrication drawings with bills of material
• You will produce 2D drawings from 3D CAD designs and create basic P&IDs and electrical drawings
• Working with Linde manufacturing personnel to develop cost-efficient designs is part of your role
• You will check / review designs and drawings to ensure compliance with client and project specifications, design codes, completeness, safety, and quality
• Also, you will develop specifications and create purchase specifications for equipment and raw materials.
• Creation of material data and BoMs in SAP is part of your role
• You also will assist with fabrication and/or construction activities, as required

What makes you great

• You will have a strong mechanical equipment design background
• You will have experience with CAD 2D drawing creation and 3D modeling of piping and equipment (preferred: Inventor, SolidWorks, and SolidEdge)
• The knowledge of industrial codes, standards and practices preferred 
• You will be a preferred candidate if you have experience with SAP or alternative ERP systems
• Other software skills as AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite
