Role Description
Keiser is looking for a very creative individual in the area of Mechanical Design. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Fresno, CA. This individual is mainly responsible for creating next-level product designs that outperform our current equipment line and competitors. Outstanding creativity and excellent work ethics are required. A strong background in Mechanical Design and machinery understanding is the foundation of this role.
COMPENSATION
- Exempt position; Pay range: $64,480 - $83,000 annually
- Final compensation will be determined and based on experience
- This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs, and other considerations permitted by law

Requirements
- Strong experience in Mechanical Design Engineering and Product Design
- Hands-on Prototyping and Design Modification skill is a must
- Design Analysis and Testing skill is required
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes is required
- Good knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) is preferred
- Ability to create, modify, and analyze complex models and assemblies using CAD software is preferred but not a must
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
- Strong attention to details
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Degree in any form of Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering will help but not a must
- Understanding of product safety and compliance requirements is a plus
- Enthusiasm for fitness equipment is a plus
