Agilis is looking for Senior Mechanical Design Engineers to help us solve complex problems related to gas turbines and other complex machinery. The Senior Mechanical Design Engineer acts as a mentor to others and will work in a creative environment which is conducive to teamwork and strong professional development. Successful candidates for our positions will be able to work on a variety of projects using a variety of software. We have positions available in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, Columbia and Greenville, SC, Oklahoma City, OK and San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities And Duties for This Position Include:

Performing initial and ongoing design projects and reviews

Delivering documentation that provides critical analysis and suggestions for innovative solutions

Collaborating with team members including program management and technical leads to optimize engine performance.

Ensuring the technical correctness of deliverables over a wide variety of programs

Implementing engineering principles in the development of sound structural analysis

Mentoring and training less experienced engineers by identifying new areas for learning and providing performance feedback

Contributing to the Agilis Quality Management System Quality Processes and Work Instructions

Identifying root problems and finding innovative solutions.
