Job Description
As a Mechanical Construction Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of Mechanical Construction Projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Mechanical Construction, project management, and a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead Mechanical Construction Projects from conception to completion.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project timelines and financial targets.
- Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to review plans, specifications, and scope of work.
- Select, negotiate with, and manage subcontractors to ensure quality and timely project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify and address issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to provide regular updates on project status.
- Prepare and present project reports, including cost analysis, to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Construction Project Manager, with a minimum of 5 in the industry.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, construction methodologies, and industry best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
