Mechanical Assembler

X-Force is seeking a Skilled Mechanical Assembler for a Direct Hire position we have open in Orlando Fl. This position offers competitive pay and Benefits, while working a 4 day 10 hour Schedule.

The Mechanical Assembler will play a pivotal role in assembling components for state-of-the-art training devices, contributing to the advancement of aerospace simulation technology. This position demands a strong background in mechanical assembly, with a particular focus on aerospace or cockpit-related experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble components of aerospace training devices following precise instructions.
• Ensure meticulous alignment and secure fixation of components to meet stringent aerospace standards.
• Handle and transport components with utmost caution, considering the delicate nature of simulation equipment.
• Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of finished devices to guarantee optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and rectify any issues or defects in the assembly process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in mechanical assembly, preferably in an aerospace or cockpit-related setting.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings related to aerospace simulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
• Ownership and proficiency in using personal tools for precision assembly.
