MDS Coordinator – RN or LPN

As an MDS Coordinator, you'll be responsible for coordinating the development, completion, and timely submission of MDS assessments for our residents. You'll also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations related to MDS assessments and the Patient-Driven Payment Model (PDPM). The ideal candidate for this position will have previous PDPM experience and be an RN or LPN.

To be considered for this position, you must have a valid nursing license and experience in MDS coordination. You should also have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have strong communication skills.
