HOURS
Monday-Friday, up to 29 hours per week

SALARY
$35.00/hour
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent.
Two (2) years office experience which includes bookkeeping. Applicable post-secondary training may be accepted in lieu of experience.
Proficiency with spreadsheet and word processing applications.
General knowledge of bookkeeping terminology, methods, procedures and equipment.
General understanding of accounting principles and related data processing systems.
Ability to post accounts and perform mathematical computations with speed and accuracy.
Ability to operate a variety of office machines and computer equipment, some typing ability.
Ability to understand and follow oral/written directions and detailed work procedures.
Ability to adhere to a flexible schedule while continuing to meet deadlines.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates.
Reliable transportation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor and report account balances on the 15th and 30th to immediate supervisors.
Organize orders and enter information into our financial system for supervisor approval.
Use a Procard after administrator approval to secure purchases within the MD Tutoring Corps grant.
Agreeable to do any local shopping.
Other related duties as assigned.
