Responsibilities
  • Directly supervises employees within the MCE Installation Department.
  • Organizes, directs, and monitors daily activities for MCE Installation Team.
  • Monitors and analyzes daily productivity of MCE Installation Team.
  • Address customer issues list and obtain final customer sign-offs to validate their satisfaction with their new system and solutions.
  • Prepares reports and correspondence as needed.
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
  • Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems
  • Must be available on weekends and late evenings to address installation related issues.
  • Ensure positive customer experiences and quality installations.
  • Review new installation projects with Project Managers and Implementation Specialists (Installers) to determine work scope.
  • Assist management with developing and maintaining consistent standards and best practices to maximize project efficiencies.
  • Create and maintain training and installation documentation.
  • Participate in the hiring process.
  • Participate in employee annual reviews.
  • Provides project reporting, including spend, ad-hoc analysis, and presents issues requiring attention by management. Escalates issues as required.
  • Evaluate installer's abilities and effectiveness in the job assignment - mentor and create a personal development plan for each individual.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
  • Full participation to PSA Utility - updating projects, updating cases/tickets, updating calendar and constant contribution to Knowledge Base.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license and ability to travel locally extensively including overnight for both local and out of town travel as needed.
  • Prior Senior POS installation experience, system training or support required.
  • Experience working in the Hospitality and/or Food & Beverage industries
  • Prior supervisory experience is not necessary, but it is a plus.
  • Excellent customer relations skills and overall positive communication to all levels.
  • Ability to operate major Microsoft and Google applications.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, customer service, communication and listening skills.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Ability to direct staff daily in their installation assignments.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Good working knowledge of computer networks and general POS hardware.
  • Ability to function in a team environment company wide.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Ability to solve customer concerns and complaints in a positive manner that reflects the professionalism of our company values.
  • Must have excellent comprehension skills and the ability to interpret Technical Documentation.
  • Ability to complete all paperwork with required signatures as needed in a timely manner.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated to achieve tasks to keep install on schedule.
