Position Summary:
Facilitates the growth of the alumni association by developing, strengthening and maintaining cooperative and collaborative relationships with all MBH programs and the Alumni community served. Will represent the Company and work with the management team to develop and implement initiatives that increase Company visibility within the surrounding communities.

Position Summary:
Facilitates the growth of the alumni association by developing, strengthening and maintaining cooperative and collaborative relationships with all MBH programs and the Alumni community served. Will represent the Company and work with the management team to develop and implement initiatives that increase Company visibility within the surrounding communities.
Responsibilities:
- Serves as a connection between the alumni in need of coaching and corporate provider partnerships.
- Assists recovering alumnus to identify their personal interests, goals, strengths, and challenges regarding recovery.
- Coaching sessions to help alumnus develop their own plan and advocacy path for their recovery journey.
- Document alumnus progress and contacts within electronic medical platform.
- Work with VP on collecting resources to provide Alumni and their families post treatment to set them up to be successful in their recovery journey.
- Processes clients responses to coaching services to reinforce coaching modules and encourage successful outcomes.
- Works with Vice President of Alumni Outreach and Family Services as well as other Recovery Coaches on department and company reporting.
- Provides coaching through one-on-one sessions, group meetings, phone correspondence and Microsoft Teams.
- Works with various campuses and staff on awareness regarding Onward Recovery Coaching programming and modules.
- Maintains confidentiality of alum files and individual recovery plans and worksheets.
Education, Skills, and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Peer Support certification or Recovery Coach Certification preferred
- Previous experience in behavioral healthcare and coaching preferred
