Position Overview: Face-to-Face Sales Representative

This position involves face-to-face sales, conducted primarily outdoors, where you will play a pivotal role in educating the public about the benefits of the Lifeline program and facilitating the enrollment process for eligible individuals.
Responsibilities:
- Public Engagement:
- Establish and manage a booth or tent outside retail locations to engage with the public.
- Effectively communicate the advantages of the Lifeline program to potential customers.
- Enrollment Assistance:
- Guide individuals through the Lifeline program enrollment process using provided tablets.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience during the enrollment process.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about Lifeline program benefits and eligibility criteria.
- Address questions and concerns to build understanding and trust.
- Exclusive Benefits for Agents:
- Agents can enroll family and friends at any time for a device, extending the benefits to their close circles.
Career Growth Opportunities:
- Progress swiftly from Sales Agent to Team Leader, then to Manager, with the potential to ascend to the role of Partner Manager.
- Experience career advancement with the opportunity to lead and manage your own team.
Compensation:
- Earn commission for each Lifeline program enrollment.
- Receive compensation for each device activation.
- Achieve a gross pay of $1500 or more through comprehensive training and mastery of the entire system.

Established by the federal government in 1985, the Lifeline Assistance program aims to provide discounted or free phone services to qualifying individuals based on federal or state-specific eligibility criteria. Our campaign at MaxSip Telecom offers eligible consumers free monthly data, unlimited texting, free monthly minutes, and a free smartphone.
