Huntington Learning Center is a Learning Center for children ages 3-18, located in Dr. Phillips. We are looking for an experienced and caring individual to join our team as a full time tutor for our young students. The tutor will be responsible for providing quality instruction and guidance to students in our Center. The tutor will also be responsible for maintaining a safe environment for students at all times. Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe, healthy, and fun environment for students at all times
- Support other staff members as needed
- Attend staff meetings and staff training as needed to continue to grow within the organization
- Maintain positive relationships with parents and guardians – helping them understand their children’s needs and providing support as needed
- Attend professional development sessions on topics that will further the success of the school by attending workshops on coaching, teaching strategies, and curriculum design provided by Huntington Learning Center.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
