We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our team. As an Associate, you will play a crucial role in demand planning, supply chain management, and inventory control. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our organization. We operate in the wood framed construction sector, fabricate in-house building components at our manufacturing facility and ship to various job sites across North Carolina.
```Responsibilities```
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop demand forecasts and create purchase orders
- Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock levels
- Coordinate with manfacturing personnel to ensure accurate receipt, storage, and usage of materials
- Utilize inventory management systems to track and analyze data
- Report and provide insights on inventory performance
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in demand planning, supply chain, or related role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in inventory control principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities is an absolute must.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
