Your Role with the Company:
The materials Planner and Purchaser are the liaison between the subcontractors and the management team of the company. You will be responsible for project managing 30-40 subcontractors who are receiving parts at various stages within the manufacturing process. Some of the parts need to be sent to one sub-contractor while others will need to be sent to multiple. Once hired by our client, you will travel to the various steel subcontractors to see the plants in person and get a better idea of the processes.
 Background Profile:

• Strong previous administrative experience such as data entry.
• Exposure to manufacturing; shipping/receiving, planning, production scheduling.
• Working knowledge of ERP, SAP, JD Edwards, or Oracle.
