Material Handler (3rd Shift) - M-F, 10pm-630am – Erlanger, KY
This is a full time, hourly position.
Job Responsibilities:
Read, understand and follow instructions listed on reports/pick sheets
Check and add all materials listed on pick sheets
Accurately weigh materials for production areas
Follow QC sampling procedures and report QC deviations
Execute all required transactions on terminal software and handheld scanners
Pull & return material in approved locations in warehouses
Responsible for cycle counting locations
Follow ISO9001, GMP and HACCP procedures
Responsible for shipping functions, labeling product and checking customer orders prior to shipping to customer
Responsible for inventory record accuracy of 96% or greater
Required Skills:
Commitment to ADM’s goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understand and follow company safety procedures
Exhibit regular and timely attendance
Willing to work overtime and weekends if needed
Demonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in team setting when needed
Exhibit a professional image at all times; maintain a positive and supportive attitude
Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly
Ability to pay attention to and focus on small details. i.e., lot numbers, order numbers, etc.
Flexibility in accepting change and an attitude of continuous improvement
Physical Requirements: Able to lift 50lbs on a continuous basis throughout 8 hour shift
Wear a respirator - Able to stand, walk, lift, reach and bend throughout 8 hour shift
