Position: Material Handler/Forklift Operator – Full-Time Employment!
Forklift Type: Stand Up. Must have prior Stand Up Forklift experience and be able to pass a Forklift Test at time of interview.
Pay: $20/hr+ shift premium and pay rate increases every 6 months! Opportunity for overtime as well!
Shifts:
2nd shift – Monday to Friday 2pm to 10:30am or 3pm to 11:30pm. Potential to work Saturdays and OT as needed.
3rd shift - Sunday night to Friday Morning 10pm to 6:30am or 11pm to 7:30am. Potential to work Saturdays and OT as needed.
Night Shift - 2/2/3 schedule with every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off! 7pm to 7am
Training: Training will take place on 1st Shift for a minimum of 1 week.

Our Florence, SC distribution center charges, packages and ships the batteries used in cars, boats, and motorcycles. We have been here since 2007 and now employ more than 285 people and operate six days per week. We are actively involved in our local community and received the United Way Campaign Excellence Award annually since 2015. Our employees also support the American Heart Association.
Primary Duties:
As a Material Handler you will be responsible for loading and unloading materials at the lines.
The Material Handler is responsible for staging each production line with the proper materials.
Verify quantities received and perform incoming inspections.
Load finished products on trucks that are ready to be shipped to customers.
Responsible for moving finished products, raw materials, and part to different locations in the plant.
Perform daily production cycle counts.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED preferred not required.
1+ year(s) of Stand Up Forklift experience in a manufacturing environment.
Must be able to perform basic math functions.
Must be able to pass a forklift operating test.
Must be comfortable working in a hot environment.
Comfortable with work overtime as needed along with potential working weekends.
