- Take responsibility for quality of work and work in accordance with all documented policies and procedures.
- Unload all materials received.
- Distribute all materials received to correct department or area.
- Receive all UPS and Fed Ex and distribute to correct department.
- Compare purchase orders to packing lists to verify correctness prior to receipt of materials.
- Complete Federal Express Bill of Lading and any required shipping documents and record cost of shipments.
- Complete UPS shipping log and any required shipping documents and record cost of shipments.
- Accurately record all raw materials using application software.
- Process all paperwork and distribute as required.
- Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, other employees, and departments.
- Keep work area and tools clean and orderly.
- Operate forklift.
- Perform raw material inspection / COA review prior to releasing material to production.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in accordance with policies and procedures.
