Position Purpose and Objectives
Our Material Handling Crew provides materials and services for each job site around the state. As our Material Handling - Warehouse Lead you'll be responsible for managing the warehouse by adjusting inventory while loading/unloading truckloads of materials and equipment in a fast-paced, outdoor setting.

Responsibilities of a Material Handler - Warehouse Lead:
- Maintain a safe, clean, organized warehouse
- Manage your daily work goals in support of company objectives
- Load and unload trailers in the yard with a forklift
- Accurately account for materials incoming and outgoing through the warehouse
- Learn to perform work according to company standards, and grow the department through innovation and efficiency
- Collaborate with the team for the benefit of all.
- Participate in training:
- Help lead weekly safety meetings,
- Attend companywide training events,
- Participate in other trainings as assigned.

Requirements to be a Material Handler - Warehouse Lead:
Forklift – Must have forklift experience and/or be forklift certified
Safety – Exhibit the ability to observe safety with a goal of zero incidents, and use equipment and materials properly and effectively
Productivity – Demonstrate an ability to work quickly and accurately, self-manage, collaborate with the Crew and keep pace
Flexibility – Adjust to changes in schedules, job sites, tasks and priorities throughout each day
Accuracy - Consistency in inventory counting and documentation on load/return slips is imperative
Essential Qualifications to be a Material Handler - Warehouse Lead:
- Work 8- to 12-hour shifts outside in all weather conditions
- Effective communication and ability to receive feedback
- Able to lift up to 50lbs. repeatedly
- Clean driver’s license with insurable record
- Class A CDL - preferred, but not required
- No fear of heights or climbing ladders
- An interest in learning the ropes and taking on additional roles and responsibilities

Material Handler - General Labor Benefits and Pay:
DOE, hourly wages start between $22.00- $26.00 per hour, and earnings are paid weekly
