Position Description for warehouse worker / forklift driver:

The warehouse fork lift driver will organize and store product to meet customer specifications in compliance with company policy, GMPs and Safety.

Responsibilities for Material Handler include but not limited to:

• Load and unload trucks and rail cars per bill of ladings
• Receive, count, and verify incoming and outgoing shipments
• Verification of required receiving/shipped paperwork
• Organize and store product
• Operate all warehouse equipment in safe manner
• Stage customer orders in organized manner on shipping dock

• Maintain organized, safe, and clean working environment
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices, Policies and Procedures outlined in the Food Program

Required Education, Experience, and Skills for Fork Lift Driver:

• Fork lift experience.

• Ability to read shipping and receiving records/reports
• Dependable attendance. Hard worker. Team player

Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills:

• Basic understanding of shipping and receiving processes and related equipment

Working Conditions for Fork Lift Driver:

• Repetitive work in a fast-paced environment with average temperature of 38-60 degrees F
• Some manual labor with heavy lifting required (approximately 40 pounds)
• Safety equipment may be required
• Use of motor skills to safely drive in tight quarters
