Spherion Staffing and Recruiting is hiring Order Pickers for a local Fortune-500 company located in Belvidere Illinois. We are looking for candidates that have previous warehouse experience and are team players. The Order Pickers will be cross-trained in multiple positions to see what position is best suited for them! 

Highlights:

• 480 Hour Temp-to-Hire Program

• Shifts: 1st shift: 9am-5:30pm, 2nd shift: 3pm-11:30pm

• Located in Belvidere, IL

Responsibilities:

• Match and pull product based on numbers, quantity and other product ticket order requirements
• Stage items in designated areas to prepare orders for shipping
• Use both RF scanners and manual pick processes to match serial numbers to product numbers

Qualifications:

• Understand or comprehend written and/or oral instructions
• Posses a positive attitude and a team orientated approach to getting work done
• Possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
