Your Responsibilities
As a Material Coordinator for John Deere Coffeyville Works located in Coffeyville, KS you will:
- Create Sales agreements for John Deere Parts Distribution
- Ensure parts have been sent to Parts packaging Department daily for on time delivery to customers
- Evaluate inventory to determine availability for production and service requirements
- Be responsible for Flash Orders to Dealers for customers with down equipment

What Skills You Need
- 3 or more years of experience with customer service or human resource
- 2 or more years of experience Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint and Word)
- 1 or more years of experience in SAP
What Makes You Stand Out
- 1 or more years of experience in supply management
- Phone conversational skills with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively
- Good writing skills
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Self-starter with the ability to tackle multiple projects
Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or Sales and Marketing or equivalent related work experience
