  • Estimated annual base pay: $139,000.00(minimum) - $174,000.00(midpoint) - $209,000.00(maximum) COLORADO & All members included in annual cash bonus opportunity

Are you ready to make your mark? If you’re a Master Sensei or looking to become one, we have an exciting opportunity for you. This person will have the opportunity to work with various levels within the organization. They will serve as a business partner to our VP of operations focusing on driving the Lean transformation maturity. This position will allow for continuous growth and development throughout the entirety of your career. This position will be based in Rockford, IL at our Loves Park Campus at least 3 weeks out of every month for the foreseeable future as well as additional travel requirments.
What You Will Be Doing
  • Developing maturity of the value stream transformation to the Woodward Production System standard.
  • Developing problem solving capability through the implementation and maturity of the Tiered Daily Management System.
  • Coaching leaders on ideal behaviors
  • Influencing and driving standard principles and tools across Woodward in the alignment of the Woodward Production System philosophies, methodologies and overarching best practices that is impactful and current with "Best in Class" industry practices
What We Are Looking For
  • Bachelors Degree in Arts/Sciences in Management or related Technical Field
  • Atleast 10 years Professional experience working within a LEAN manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated success in implementing large scale Lean/Six Sigma concepts
  • Expert experience in an operations leadership or CI role involving coaching, teaching or mentoring others on operational process and principles within a LEAN manufacturing environment
  • Heavy domestic and international travel required
