VOLT is immediately hiring for an Electrical Maintenance Manager for Industrial Machinery in Kent, WA.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working on electrical components of industrial manufacturing machines.
This role offers 3 weeks of PTO, 401k and match, as well as competitive salary.
NOTE: Candidates MUST live in the Metropolitan Seattle, WA area for this position.
As an Electrical Maintenance Manager you will:
- Supervise electrician team in the maintenance/repair of electronic and mechanical industrial equipment involving low/high voltage, PLC’s, motors, drives, wiring, actuators, sensors, etc.
- Provide team with maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment, mechatronics, and industrial control support systems across production.
- Create annual budget for department, schedule staff, as well as hire and develop team members’ professional and technical growth.
- Collaborating with manufacturers and vendors, procure parts, service, and training for department
- Develop and assign team work schedules, PTO, and training
- Maintain a technical reference library for staff
This is a Full Time, Direct Hire opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working on electrical components of industrial manufacturing machines.
- Hands-on experience maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting industrial/electrical manufacturing equipment
- Experience managing and mentoring teams
- Associate degree or 4-year apprenticeship in industrial electrical/electronics strongly preferred.
- HS Diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in manufacturing industry preferred, especially as a Technician, Electrician, Electrical Mechanic, Electronics Technician or equivalent.
- Journey-Level Electrician experience strongly preferred
- Reading blueprints and schematics
Salary: $100k - $115k
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
