Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of Master Data strategies and governance frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and consistency in Master Data practices.
Utilize expertise in Microsoft Purview, Alation, Collibra, Azure, Oracle, Informatica, and SQL to architect and implement robust data management solutions.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and consistency in Master Data practices across the organization.
Define and enforce data quality standards, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and reliability of Master Data.
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Informatics or Management Information Systems
Minimum of 15 years of experience in Master Data Management.
Proven expertise and deep knowledge in various tools such as Microsoft Purview, Alation, Collibra, Azure, Oracle, Informatica, and SQL.
Strong understanding of data governance, quality, and stewardship principles.
Experience leading and implementing Master Data solutions in complex enterprise environments.
Demonstrated experience leading and implementing Master Data solutions in complex enterprise environments.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Certifications in Master Data management and relevant technologies.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proven track record of successful collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.
Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry best practices.
