Master Data Consultant

Techstra is seeking an experienced Lead Master Data Consultant with a minimum of 15 years of experience, making a significant impact on our data management initiatives. As a key player, you will guide the design, implementation, and optimization of Master Data solutions, leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as Microsoft Purview, Alation, Collibra, Azure, Oracle, and SQL

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of Master Data strategies and governance frameworks.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and consistency in Master Data practices.

• Utilize expertise in Microsoft Purview, Alation, Collibra, Azure, Oracle, Informatica, and SQL to architect and implement robust data management solutions.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and consistency in Master Data practices across the organization.

• Define and enforce data quality standards, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and reliability of Master Data.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Informatics or Management Information Systems

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in Master Data Management.

• Proven expertise and deep knowledge in various tools such as Microsoft Purview, Alation, Collibra, Azure, Oracle, Informatica, and SQL.

• Strong understanding of data governance, quality, and stewardship principles.

• Experience leading and implementing Master Data solutions in complex enterprise environments.

• Demonstrated experience leading and implementing Master Data solutions in complex enterprise environments.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Certifications in Master Data management and relevant technologies.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Proven track record of successful collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.

• Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry best practices.
