Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and informative Massage Therapy curriculum to students.
- Conduct practical demonstrations and hands-on training sessions to enhance students skills.
- Provide constructive feedback and evaluations to students to help them improve their techniques.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and regulations to ensure the curriculum stays relevant and up-to-date.
- Assist in the development of course materials, lesson plans, and assessments.
- Monitor and track student progress, and performance.
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to enhance the overall learning experience.
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment.
- Certified Massage Therapist with a minimum of 5 years or experience in the field.
- Experience as a Massage Therapy Instructor or similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Massage Therapy techniques, anatomy, physiology, and pathology.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively demonstrate Massage Therapy techniques and provide constructive feedback.
- Patience and empathy to work with students of varying skill levels and backgrounds.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Valid CPR and First Aid certifications.
