We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our Marketing Operations team.  This teammate will manage multiple complex internal and/or external projects at any given time from initiation to delivery. This position ensures that all scope, quality, budgetary and scheduling targets, and requirements are met, ensuring consistent communication of all facets of the project occurs. 

 

You will play an especially crucial role in expanding our B2B sales and marketing technology capabilities by managing a variety of digital innovation projects. You will be responsible for implementing new automation, interpreting technical requirements, overseeing cross-functional workflows, and continually striving to enhance overall marketing effectiveness. 

 

 

What you'll be doing 

 

Project Management

  • Lead end-to-end project management of initiatives within marketing's scope.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, balancing priorities and resources effectively.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones.
  • Identify and address potential roadblocks proactively to keep projects on track.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders regularly.
  • Distribute reports on project progress, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Cross-Functional Liaison

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Engage with various internal teams to understand gaps, needs and challenges.
  • Act as a liaison between client marketing, sales, and IT teams for digitization-focused projects, fostering clarity around technical requirements, facilitating effective communications, and developing practical operations frameworks.  

Marketing Technology Expertise

  • Lead and manage key projects related to digital innovation for sales and marketing teams, including but not limited to Salesforce integrations and enhancements, prospect nurture campaign distribution, lead scoring methodology and development, ABM and intent-based program launches, and other demand generation project initiatives. 
  • Oversee the implementation of automation programs and other digital initiatives, maintaining alignment with overall business objectives. 
  • Design and implement strategies for leveraging marketing technologies to enhance process efficiency and ultimately drive customer and prospect engagement and satisfaction. 
  • Keep up with industry trends and advancements in marketing technology to inform and implement proven solutions. 

Flawless Execution

  • Ensure the highest standards of quality from project start to finish.
  • Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes throughout project lifecycle.
  • Support root cause analysis and remediation efforts when needed.

Seamless Project Handoff

  • Facilitate smooth transitions of work throughout projects, setting clear expectations, and promoting consistency and accountability across the project team.
  • Work closely with marketing, service, operational, and channel delivery teams to provide comprehensive project documentation and necessary guidance.

 

What you will need to be successful

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Project Manager, with expertise in digital innovation projects and marketing technologies.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Clear understanding of marketing technologies, including Salesforce, marketing automation, chat tools, outreach platforms, and other sales and marketing tools.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams, particularly client marketing and sales teams.
  • Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with marketing operations tools and platforms, and project management software such as Workfront, Smartsheet or similar.
  • Experience in an Agile environment a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality execution.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

This is a remote position.

Salary Range$31.97 To $47.84 / hourBenefits & Perks

The compensation range describes the typical minimum or maximum base pay range for this position. The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location. This position will be eligible for performance-based incentives as part of the total compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits including:
