We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all hotel departments, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction, and managing a team of dedicated staff.
```Responsibilities```
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and address any issues or complaints promptly
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure they provide excellent customer service
- Manage budgets and financial plans to achieve profitability targets
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate hotel activities and events
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Handle any emergencies or security incidents that may arise
```Experience```
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Budgeting and financial management experience
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Proficient in using hotel management software systems
- Familiarity with front desk operations, phone systems, and phone etiquette
- Exceptional customer service skills

Pay: $71,049.00 - $77,985.00 per year
