Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to design and execute media related marketing tasks across a wide variety of platforms. Knowledge of various digital marketing strategies required. Previous marketing education or training a plus. Looking for someone who has a passion for living a healthy active lifestyle and interest in being a part of a growing team in Hawai’i’s entrepreneur industry.
Job Duties & Required skills:
Social Media Management: Manage Facebook & Instagram business page and post at least 5 times per week using engaging content. Build cohesive voice and consistency across all platforms to grow consumer knowledge and drive product sales. Portray a company "personality" in postings to reflect our company culture and products, engaging our audience and also introducing our products to new audiences.
Graphic Design: Proficient in Photoshop and/or Illustrator. Design and adapt marketing materials working in correlation with artists, designers and photographers.
Content Creation: Visit the Vitalitea facility at least twice per month (once weekly preferred) and various retail locations, etc. to create content for Social Media
Email Marketing: Design and execute innovative and professional looking email blasts, including newsletters & marketing emails for both direct to consumer and wholesale partners.
Online Retail Website (Shopify) Management: Manage Shopify store/company website – actual orders/returns/etc. are fulfilled by warehouse personnel, you would just manage the website and promotions.
Blog: Create blog posts twice per month on a variety of beverage and healthy lifestyle related topics. Recipes, food and beverage pairing ideas etc. Drive traffic to blog posts via Social Media.
SEO management: Design and implement strategy to increase exposure to website via google and other search engines. Continued updates/management of the website necessary.
Compensation:
Negotiable Hourly Rate or Monthly retainer based on experience and skillset.
This is a part time position (20hrs) with the ability to grow into a full time role. There is also a possibility to combine with other tasks, such as merchandising and promotions, sampling, festivals, etc.
