As a member of this new team you will be a part of establishing a new banking model for J.P. Morgan Chase – a leading global financial services firm. You will have the opportunity to partner with teams across the firm to establish the Marketing strategy for a new model focused on serving affluent clients.
Join us on the J.P. Morgan Private Client Marketing team where you will have the opportunity to be support the launch of a new business within the firm, working with marketers across the organization to deliver personalized strategies and communications for affluent customers.
Job Summary
As a Senior Associate on our new Marketing team, you will be a part of a team that is focused on defining a value proposition and brand messaging, in order to drive awareness, consideration, conversion, engagement and retention. Our goal is expanding relationships with affluent clients by introducing a high-touch model designed with them in mind.
You will be responsible for managing marketing initiatives focused on establishing a value proposition in the context of existing offerings, building out brand messaging and positioning, executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, and telling our story to senior leadership. You will contribute to large workstreams and work closely with other stakeholders across marketing, events, content, finance, product, and analytics, among many others. You are a proactive collaborator, willing to contribute in many ways, helping to clarify the ambiguity of establishing a new business model.
Job Responsibilities
- Flawlessly manages projects end-to-end, which may require internal/external vendor or agency partnership
- Create executive level presentations to create alignment with marketing strategies
- Partner closely with business partners to understand marketing roadmap for new business roll out and steady state
- Support ongoing refinement of messaging and value proposition, coordinating with broader J.P. Morgan offers
- Partner with business to define digital brand presence and experience
- Commission research to form recommendations for marketing tactics

- Excellent relationship building and strong written and verbal presentation skills
