- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital, social media, email, and print.
- Conduct market research on workforce development trends, local employers seeking tech talent and events related to our target audience interests and provide insights.
- Help create compelling content for marketing materials, including blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, website content, and promotional materials.
- Support the management of social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing metrics.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events in support of training team initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, including tracking key metrics and preparing reports for review.
- Support the maintenance and updating of the company website, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Stay up to date with marketing best practices.
- Provide general administrative support to the training team as needed.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and social media channels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools and software.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Creative mindset and willingness to contribute ideas and think outside the box.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Ability to work up to 15 hours per week for 6 months with the possibility to go full time.
- Ability to work in the office.
