Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced CRM Marketing Specialist to lead our email, SMS, and direct mail channels. You will be responsible for creating cohesive and optimized programs to maximize campaign and customer retention performance, designing and implementing strategies for personalization, segmentation, A/B testing and data analysis. This role will report to our Senior Marketing Manager and will have 1-2 direct reports.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and implementation of cohesive strategies designed to support customer acquisition, retention and increased performance of our CRM channels in partnership with the integrated marketing manager, brand specialists and other internal teams.
- Provide weekly / monthly reporting, analysis and recommendations for A/B testing, personalization, segmentation and other strategies leading to increased customer engagement and revenue generation.
- Oversee day-to-day CRM campaign workflows, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, strategy implementation, and timely deployment.
- Oversee performance review of customer retention programs within our email, SMS, and direct mail channels, ensuring continuous optimization and program growth.
- Collaboration with B2B and brand marketing teams in delivery of the right message to the right audience at the right time and with the ecommerce team in delivery of an excellent customer experience from CRM channel to site experience.
- Project management for CRM program updates, maintenance, troubleshooting, and new initiatives.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with technology or legal requirements pertaining to our CRM channels, collaborating with agency and internal partners to make necessary updates within deadlines.
- Manage relationship with email, SMS, and direct mail agency partners, ensuring optimization of resources and on-budget, on-time project delivery.
- Provide leadership, management, and accountability for direct reports – providing support and encouraging opportunities for continuous growth in expertise.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5 years of experience in CRM management and email marketing
- Experience with enterprise level CRM applications - Klaviyo, Attentive, and Dynamic Yield or equivalent
- Experience in project management and with project management systems - JIRA, Asana, or equivalent
- Self-starter with initiative and the ability to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal skills / verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills
- Strong attention to detail
