Just Salad is looking for a Marketing Specialist - CRM + Loyalty to join the Marketing Team. In this role, you'll be assisting the Senior Brand Manager in developing and executing a CRM strategy and loyalty program. This role will report to our Senior Brand Manager. In line with Just Salad's mission to make everyday health and sustainability possible, you will support customer-facing programs that promote environmental sustainability, healthy eating, and waste reduction.

This position is located in NYC and will be expected to come into the office 4 times per week.

Email Marketing Management
- Assist Senior Brand Manager in developing and maintaining a best-in-class email campaign and automation program that utilizes triggered campaigns and smart segmentation.
- Responsible for scheduling all digital marketing campaigns and reporting metrics to the larger team.
- Assist Senior Brand Manager in developing SMS communication strategy that drives order frequency and average order value.
- Execute SMS campaigns and set up triggered journeys based on customer behavior.
- Assist the Senior Marketing Manager in planning and implementing Just Salad's loyalty program from specific promotions to the overall program structure.
- Report on key loyalty metrics, providing insights to increase customer engagement, order frequency, and average order value.
- Collaborate with internal teams to adapt messaging and loyalty strategy based on key customer insights.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure the smooth execution of all digital promotional activities.
- Own content scheduling across platforms
- Coordinate across departments to ensure all marketing communications go live when they are scheduled to.
- Assist the Senior Brand Manager in developing a consumer insights program.
- Conduct consumer research including but not limited to interviews, focus groups, surveys, and mystery shopping.
- Present research findings to the larger team and provide recommendations based on the findings.
- Support customer-facing programs that promote environmental sustainability, healthy eating, and waste reduction.
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Marketing or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing
- Analytical mind with an ability to interpret customer data, provide thoughtful insights, and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Ability to be agile and work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with Google Suite
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- $60,000 -$70,000/annual salary (actual salary dependent on experience)
